Job summary

Aussie Broadband is seeking a Customer Solutions Coordinator in Australia to act as the key link between customers and internal teams, coordinating voice and data service solutions and managing service delivery.

The role focuses on contracts, supplier coordination, and ensuring projects stay on track. You’ll join a collaborative team and bring a customer-first mindset, strong organisational skills, and experience in telco services.

Qualifications

• Three years of proven customer service experience.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Clear written communication for multiple audiences.
• Problem-solving with proactive thinking.
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative team.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to change.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of telco and data services is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating customer solutions and ensuring successful delivery
• Assisting with procurement and logistics to keep projects on track
• Managing customer contracts and Service Level Agreements
• Performing quality checks after implementation to maintain high standards
• Responding to inbound calls and enquiries with empathy and clarity
• Handling orders and liaising with management to resolve issues promptly
• Working with wholesale suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve order challenges
• Maintaining accurate records and data entry
• Jumping in to help with other tasks as needed
