Job summary

Snowy Hydro is seeking an experienced Program Manager - Technology to lead a diverse technology portfolio, spanning generation, commercial operations, and retail environments. You will guide multi-domain programs through integrated governance, agile/hybrid lifecycles, and strong risk management.

You will manage a team of 9–15 PMs, partner with executives, and drive delivery hygiene using Jira and ServiceNow SPM to provide clear portfolio health updates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leading technology program delivery or PMO within large, complex environments.
• Experience in energy/utility sectors is valued; cross-industry backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology delivery roadmap for assigned business domains and align with strategic priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end program delivery with governance, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking across hybrid lifecycles.
• Lead and develop a team of 9–15 Project Managers and grow internal capability.
• Serve as executive translator to maintain confidence and escalate as needed.
• Establish governance and tooling, delivering frontline portfolio visibility to executives.
