Job summary

Future Generation Joint Venture is seeking a PMO Director to govern performance, ensure project predictability, and maintain commercial integrity across the FGJV program for Snowy 2.0 in the Snowy Mountains, NSW, Australia.

The role provides executive leadership across planning, cost control, risk, change management, and reporting, coordinating with JV governance and SHL requirements. It requires senior leadership, exceptional communication, and an ability to drive digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or related field.
• Strong governance and reporting experience in megaprojects.
• Proven capability to lead multidisciplinary teams and embed governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the integrated Project Coordination function across planning, cost, risk, change, and reporting.
• Ensure robust earned value management (EVM) and performance analysis with baselines and forecasts.
• Deliver executive-facing reports and dashboards to FGJV and SHL.
• Oversee change control processes and align with baselines and contracts.
• Lead and develop the PCO team and drive digital transformation.
