Job summary

Jarden is seeking a driven Senior Analyst to join the Technology Corporate Finance team in Sydney. You will support high‑quality advisory outcomes for clients and work with a Managing Director and others across the Corporate Finance & Advisory group.

Your focus will be building financial models, performing valuations, and contributing to M&A and capital markets assignments for Technology/Software assets, while managing multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
• Experience in investment banking or Big Four valuations preferred (1–3 years).
• Exposure to Technology/Software clients or transactions desirable.
• Excellent communication and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for Technology/Software assets.
• Contribute to M&A and capital markets transactions.
• Perform valuation analyses: comps, precedent transactions, DCF, LBO.
• Prepare Information Memoranda, Investor Presentations, and Board Reports.
• Support diligence and market research; maintain client relationships.
