Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Excel.
• Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital markets dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support financial modelling and valuation analysis for equity-related transactions.
• Conduct comprehensive sensitivity analysis and scenario testing to support investment decisions.
• Prepare cash flow projections, return metrics, and investment analysis.
• Manage or assist in the due diligence process for transactions.
• Support senior team members in client interactions and complex transaction execution.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with regular updates throughout the transaction process.
• Create pitch materials and deliver presentations to clients, investors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deal execution.
