Job summary

Jarden in Sydney is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Technology Corporate Finance team, supporting high‑quality advisory and transaction outcomes for clients in Australasia.

You will build financial models, participate in M&A and capital markets work, and perform various valuations. You will prepare Information Memoranda, Investor Presentations, and Board Reports while conducting industry research and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in investment banking or Big Four valuations.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with valuation knowledge.
• Exposure to Technology/ Software clients or transactions is desirable.
• Excellent communication and ability to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models tailored to Technology assets for valuation and advisory purposes.
• Take an active role on M&A and capital markets transactions and related advisory work.
• Perform valuation methods: DCF, comps, precedent transactions, and LBO analysis.
• Prepare and review Information Memoranda, Investor Presentations, and Board Reports.
• Conduct independent industry and company research to inform recommendations.
• Develop client relationships through involvement in transactions and advisory work.
• Support diligence on opportunities, including market analysis and risk assessment.
• Maintain a current view of technology sector trends and regulatory changes.
