Job summary
Brightwater Care is seeking an experienced General Manager Information Technology to lead the IT function, translating strategy into practical plans and service priorities. You will oversee Service Delivery, Engineering and Technical Architecture, ensuring customer-focused, resilient and financially sustainable technology services across Brightwater.
You will work with senior leaders, vendors and delivery teams to strengthen governance, service performance and capability while modelling
Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in ICT, incl. service delivery, engineering or architecture.
- Ability to translate strategy into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience managing financial, vendor and risk aspects in complex services.
- Qualifications in IT/CS/IS or related field; certifications like ITIL/TOGAF are valued.
Responsibilities
