Job summary

Brightwater Care Group is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team and deliver timely support across the organisation from our central Inglewood office. You will assist with setup activities and create documentation to prevent downtime, contributing to productivity and service excellence.

The role requires customer-focused communication, service desk experience, and a basic ITSM understanding, with a team-driven approach to maintaining high standards of support.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in IT or related field (desirable).
• Experience on a Service Desk within a similarly sized organisation.
• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Working understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Service Desk Analyst

Due to continued growth within our organization, Brightwater is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our caring team! Become a vital team member that ensures the timely delivery of IT support throughout our wider business, minimising downtime and maximising productivity.

Ker responsibilities:

• Providing IT support to users and solving non-complex problems
• Responding to enquiries from various sources to in a customer-focused manner to ensure that the customer issue/ request is resolved in a timely manner
• Supporting the set-up activities of computers, printers, multifunction devices, smartphones, tablets and other IT systems using documented patters and procedures
• Creating and maintaining support documentation using approved templates to assist others in restoring services

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, or related fields (highly desirable)
• Experience working on a Service Desk within an organization of a similar size and complexity
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Working understanding of IT service management principles and practices
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

You will also need:

• Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months
• A valid drivers license as defined by the Department of Transport WA (DoT)
