Job summary

Brightwater Care Group Ltd. seeks an experienced General Manager Information Technology to guide the technology function’s strategy and operations. You will lead Service Delivery, Engineering and Architecture, ensuring services are resilient, customer-focused and financially sustainable.

Engage with senior leaders, vendors and stakeholders to drive performance and governance. You will balance strategy with delivery, build capability, and foster accountability and innovation across Brightwater’s

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience across ICT including service delivery, infrastructure, engineering or enterprise tech services.
Ability to translate strategy into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience leading leaders, building team capability and aligning culture to values.
Finance, commercial, vendor and risk management in a complex service environment.

Responsibilities

Lead Service Delivery, Engineering and Technical Architecture functions.
Translate organisational and technology strategy into practical plans and priorities.
Strengthen governance, service performance and operational readiness.
Partner with senior leaders, stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams to drive outcomes.
Coach and develop leaders, building high-performance teams aligned to values.
