Job summary

Humanised Group is seeking a hands-on technology leader to head IT Service Delivery for a Brisbane-based financial services organisation entering a growth phase. You will lead a team across Service Desk, Desktop Support and Application Support, drive service maturity and stakeholder engagement, and partner with executive leadership to shape service strategy.

Reporting to the CTO, you’ll champion continual improvements, scale operations amid growth and acquisition activity, and ensure end-user

Qualifications

• Leadership of Service Delivery, EUC or IT Operations teams
• Mentoring and developing people
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Vendor and MSP relationship management

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team across Service Desk, Desktop Support and Application Support
• Take ownership of end-user computing and service delivery functions
• Drive service excellence, customer satisfaction and service maturity
• Manage escalations and ensure high-quality support outcomes
• Develop and refine service management processes and standards
• Monitor service performance and implement improvement initiatives
• Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders
• Manage vendor and managed service provider relationships
• Support technology projects, workplace initiatives and service transitions
• Provide service reporting, insights and recommendations to senior leadership
