Brightwater seeks an experienced General Manager Information Technology to lead strategic direction and operational performance of its IT function. Reporting to the CIO, you will drive service delivery, engineering and architecture to deliver secure, contemporary services for clients and staff.

You will balance strategy with delivery, build trusted relationships, lead leaders, and foster accountability, inclusion and continuous improvement across a values-driven organisation.

Formación

• Significant senior leadership experience across ICT, including service delivery and enterprise technology services.
• Ability to translate strategy into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience building capability and high-performance teams aligned to values.
• Financial, commercial, vendor and risk management experience in a complex service env.

Responsabilidades
