Job summary

Brightwater Care Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, oversee procurement, and partner with change management to ensure successful adoption of new systems across Residential Aged Care, Disability and Healthcare services. The role reports to the General Manager, Strategic Programs and Business Performance, with hybrid working options and a focus on governance, continuity

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise technology or business systems projects in complex environments.
• Knowledge of procurement and vendor management, including RFPs.
• Strong risk, issue and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and accountability for project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic technology projects, ensuring on-scope, on-time and on-budget outcomes.
• Manage procurement and vendor selection activities, including RFPs, evaluations and contract recommendations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, governance docs, status reports and Steering Committee papers.
• Monitor risks, issues and dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate configuration, testing, deployment and transition with internal teams and vendors.
• Support training, business readiness and user adoption in partnership with the Strategic Change Manager.
• Maintain operational continuity during implementation and transition phases.
• Provide regular project updates to executive stakeholders and the Steering Committee.
