Job summary
HammondCare is seeking a Technology Change Manager to drive adoption and readiness across a diverse portfolio of digital transformation initiatives. You will partner with delivery teams, product owners and stakeholders to ensure successful change, develop and implement a technology change framework, and lead training, communications and transition activities across platforms and solutions.

Qualifications
- 5+ years leading technology change, readiness and adoption in complex programs.
- Certifications in Prosci/ADKAR/Agile/SAFe or equivalent.
- Experience with enterprise tech initiatives including data, cloud or AI.
- Experience implementing Microsoft, Salesforce, ERP or CRM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology adoption and business readiness across the portfolio.
- Partner with delivery teams and stakeholders to prepare operational teams.
- Develop and maintain HammondCare's Technology Change Framework.
- Coordinate communications, training and transition activities for systems.
- Assess change impacts and adoption risks across initiatives.
- Support leaders to adopt new tech and digital processes.
- Monitor adoption, user experience and benefits realization.
- Create a coordinated view of change to optimise releases.
