Job summary

HammondCare is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Specialist in St Leonards (NSW) for a 22-month maximum-term contract. The role sits in the Transformation Office and focuses on people-centered adoption across multiple initiatives, with a hybrid work arrangement.

You will support leaders and teams to prepare for and embed new ways of working, monitor readiness and adoption, and manage stakeholder risks across the portfolio. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' demonstrated experience supporting organizational transformation.
• Ability to assess change impacts across people, processes, systems and ways of working.
• Experience developing and coordinating change, communication and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Experience supporting leaders and managers to prepare for and lead transformation within their teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across a range of stakeholders and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support leaders and stakeholders to understand, prepare for and lead transformation within their teams.
• Assess how transformation initiatives will affect people, processes and ways of working.
• Deliver clear, targeted and timely communications to build understanding and confidence.
• Coordinate activities that help teams transition to new processes, systems and ways of working.
• Monitor adoption outcomes and address barriers to uptake.
• Maintain an organization-wide view of transformation activity to identify impacts and risks.
