Job summary

HammondCare is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Specialist to lead people-focused change across our initiatives from St Leonards, NSW. Working within the Transformation Office, you will plan, communicate and coordinate adoption, guiding leaders and teams through new ways of working to achieve measurable outcomes.

You will monitor readiness, identify barriers, engage stakeholders, and provide practical change plans.

Qualifications

At least 10 years demonstrated experience supporting organisational transformation initiatives through planning, implementation and adoption.
Ability to assess change impacts across people, processes, systems and ways of working.
Experience developing and coordinating change, communication and stakeholder engagement activities.
Experience supporting leaders and managers to prepare for and lead transformation within their teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex change into clear messages.

Responsibilities

Support leaders and stakeholders to understand, prepare for and lead transformation within their teams.
Assess change impacts and ensure readiness and adoption activities are in place.
Deliver targeted communications to build understanding and confidence in transformation initiatives.
Coordinate activities that help teams transition to new processes and ways of working.
Monitor adoption outcomes and address barriers to sustained transformation.
Maintain an organisation-wide view of transformation activity and risks.
