Job summary

Komatsu is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the Gunnedah Service team. You will be out in the field maintaining, diagnosing and repairing customer equipment, working independently and directly with customers to keep machines performing at their best.

Role located in Gunnedah, NSW with a Monday–Friday roster and overtime opportunities. You will work with a tool of trade vehicle, mobile phone and laptop to support field service activities.

Qualifications

• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs and maintenance on customer equipment.
• Testing and adjusting machine operating and monitoring systems.
• Providing quality technical support in the field.
• Managing your own jobs, paperwork and technical reporting.
• Working directly with customers and providing a high level of service.
