Bengalla Mining Company invites applications for a Technical Training Officer to join the Human Resources and Training team. Based in the Hunter Valley site, you will develop and maintain site-based training for Maintenance, CHPP and Support staff, and drive Paperless Training via Ideagen Forms.

With a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and trade/engineering qualifications, you will work with SMEs to implement training improvements, ensure documentation is controlled, and support a safe,

Competenze

• Tertiary qualifications in Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
• Trade or engineering qualifications.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety improvement and safe behaviours.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, procedures and national standards for competency based training.
• The ability to work with people at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Ideagen Workforce Safety System is a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop and update training and assessment materials.
• Develop and updating Ideagen learning e-lessons.
• Ensure all training documents are version controlled.
• Design, develop, implement and monitor Paperless Training via Ideagen Forms.
• Maintain positive working relationships with Ideagen Learning system stakeholders.
• Maintain positive working relationships with competent subject matter experts.
• Conduct gap analysis with appropriate stakeholders to identify training requirements for the Maintenance Technical Training Program (i.e. technical skills improvement plan).
• Reconcile training records against Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and business needs.
• Attend and contribute training related improvements to site critical risk consultative groups.
• Ideagen (Learning Management System) system improvements (e.g. identifying issues and errors in LMS system and raising tickets to resolve).
• Troubleshooting and general maintenance of Ideagen hardware and accounts.
