Syndeticom, a leading digital infrastructure company in Rosebery, is seeking a Learning and Development officer to lead the development and delivery of training programs that enhance individual and organisational capability. You will partner with key stakeholders, design tailored learning solutions, coach a high-performing team, and drive a culture of continuous learning to support long-term growth.

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is preferred, with proven experience as Training

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or similar certification.
• Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or Manager.
• Relevant technical trade qualification or demonstrated equivalent industry experience.
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
• Proficient in traditional and modern training methods including mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations and more.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the development, review, and maintenance of training programs to align with organisational goals.
• Analyse training needs and develop new training programs and schedules for all streams of training.
• Develop and manage training materials, plans, matrices/databases, online modules, and virtual training.
