Job summary

Syndeticom Pty is seeking a Learning and Development officer to manage and lead the development and delivery of diverse training activities. You will design learning solutions aligned with business objectives, collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

The role focuses on enhancing individual and organisational capability through varied delivery methods and a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and growth.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or similar certification.
• Proven experience as Training Coordinator or Manager.
• Experience in telecommunications, data centres, ICT infrastructure or similar technical environment is desirable.
• Track record in designing and executing training programs.
• Proficient in traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, e-learning, workshops).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of a diverse range of training activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and tailor learning solutions.
• Develop training materials, plans, and online modules including e-learning and workshops.
• Monitor training standards and evaluate outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
• Motivate, coach, and mentor a high-performing team involved in learning delivery.
