Job summary

NES Fircroft partners with a global organisation to design, develop and implement learning solutions that build organisational capability. The role is a 6- to 9-month contract based in Perth CBD, focused on end-to-end training design, development and deployment, including LMS content configuration and UAT support.

You will facilitate workshops, perform needs analyses, create facilitator guides, learner workbooks, assessments and job aids, and manage multiple priorities and timelines with strong

• Proven experience designing, developing and deploying training programs end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development capability.
• Experience developing digital learning content.
• Confident project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops/consultations to gather learning requirements and content inputs.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps and learning needs.
• Design and develop learning materials (facilitator guides, learner workbooks, assessments, job aids).
• Coordinate deployment and implementation, including rollout support and feedback cycles.
• Configure, upload, test and maintain learning content within the Learning Management System, including supporting UAT/pilots.
