Job summary

Position Partners is seeking a dynamic technical support specialist to become a trusted expert for Aptella’s solutions. You’ll work with customers, field teams and technical specialists to provide remote, phone-based, and onsite support across machine control, geospatial, and automation technologies.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, training delivery, and helping implement new technology while managing support cases and driving adoption.

Qualifications

Experience in technical support or field service.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking capability.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting across Aptella’s technology portfolio.
Diagnose and resolve customer issues via phone, email, remote access, and onsite support.
Deliver customer training on machine control, geospatial, and positioning solutions.
Manage support cases and ensure customers receive timely and effective assistance.
Assist customers with technology adoption, workflows, and best-practice recommendations.
Support site installations, infrastructure setup, commissioning, and system configuration activities when required.
Document technical issues and provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
Build strong customer relationships through professional, responsive, and solution-focused service.
Assist with testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement of new and existing products.
