Job summary

Husqvarna Australia Pty. Limited is seeking a Technical Support Representative at our Tuggerah head office on the Central Coast.

You will provide top-tier technical support to dealers, end users, and the sales team across Australia, using your mechanical knowledge to diagnose faults and guide solutions. You will troubleshoot 2- and 4-stroke engines, digital and connected products, and robotics/battery solutions while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with small engines, outdoor power equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-first attitude with a service focus.
• Ability to document issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and online channels.
• Troubleshoot engines and digital/connected products.
• Handle end-user complaints and resolve professionally.
• Participate in in-house and external training.
• Process dealer warranty claims via web system.
• Create and update technical documentation.
• Assist with product reworks when needed.
• Identify parts and accessories for new releases.
