Job summary

Husqvarna Australia is seeking a Technical Product Support Representative to assist dealers, end users and the sales team across Australia, ensuring customers get the most from our outdoor power equipment.

You'll troubleshoot engine issues, guide customers via phone, email, and online channels, and maintain comprehensive support documentation. A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel occasionally are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with small engines or outdoor power equipment.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for service.
• Confident computer skills and ability to prepare clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support via phone, email, and online channels.
• Troubleshoot engines and digital/connected product solutions.
• Handle end-user complaints professionally and negotiate resolutions.
• Participate in hands-on training sessions inhouse and externally.
• Process dealer warranty claims and update documentation.
• Assist in identifying parts for new product releases.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs on demonstration units.
• Assist with inhouse product reworks as needed.
