Technical Support Specialist - Electronic Security Wholesale

As the Technical Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for helping customers solve technical problems and find the right security solutions. In this varied, hands-on role, you'll work directly with security installers and customers, solve real technical problems and see the products and solutions you're supporting every day. This is not a traditional IT helpdesk role.

Key responsibilities

Tech support phone calls and use remote access tools to troubleshoot technical issues with CCTV, alarms, access control, intercoms and other products we sell.

Help customers with product setup, configuration, networking and fault finding.

Engage with customers at our front counter with a friendly and helpful attitude.

Use your technical knowledge to recommend the right products and solutions for customer applications.

Identify sales opportunities and help customers build complete solutions rather than simply selling individual products.

Prepare accurate quotes tailored to customer requirements.

Continue developing your product knowledge through supplier and internal technical training.

Jump into warehouse tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

About you
