Job summary

Becks Wiggins Stokes Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join a well-established provider of electronic security solutions in Melbourne. You will service, maintain and troubleshoot alarm systems, access control and CCTV across commercial, government and private sectors.

This hands-on role offers autonomy, problem-solving, and strong customer service within a supportive team, with ongoing training and a company vehicle supplied.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing electronic security systems.
• Strong fault-finding and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Well organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Current driver’s licence and relevant industry licences and clearances.

Supporting a diverse client base, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and troubleshooting alarm systems, access control and CCTV systems across a range of commercial, government and private sector environments.
