Job summary

Cooinda Search is seeking an experienced Electronic Security Technician to service, maintain and install integrated alarm, access control and CCTV systems across diverse customer sites in Adelaide.

You will diagnose faults, take ownership from planning to completion and work with Gallagher, Inner Range or Milestone systems; licences and security clearances preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with alarms, access control, CCTV and related electronic security systems.
• SA Security Licence (Installation/Consultant) is mandatory.
• Open Cabling Licence is essential.
• Current SA driver's licence is required.
• Full, ongoing and unrestricted working rights in Australia are essential.
• Australian Citizenship is required for Defence-related projects, as applicants must hold or be eligible to obtain AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance.
• Gallagher Type 1A experience will be highly regarded.
• Experience with Gallagher, Inner Range, Milestone or similar systems is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of jobs from planning through to successful completion.
• Complete electronic documentation using handheld technology and internal systems.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship while complying with HSEQ requirements, company procedures and relevant Australian Standards.

About You

You're an experienced Electronic Security Technician who enjoys fault finding, solving technical problems and delivering quality workmanship. You take pride in your work, enjoy learning new technologies and want to continue developing your technical skills.
