Job summary

Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a growing technology business delivering photobooth installations for pubs and clubs. We seek a hands-on Technical Support & Operations Coordinator who enjoys problem-solving, customer service and working with technology.

You will monitor photobooths remotely, handle client enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and assist with activations and day-to-day operations across teams. Queensland-based role with on-site venues when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or customer service.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Queensland-based and able to attend venues onsite.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries via email and platforms with a friendly, professional approach.
• Monitor photobooths remotely and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Learn and manage internal software, monitoring systems and backend tools.
• Maintain fault logs, service records and event documentation.
• Coordinate with events and operations teams before and during activations.
• Support backend administration, logistics and day-to-day operations.
• Attend venues to resolve hardware issues and assist with installations.
• Escalate complex issues and help improve system reliability.
