Aufgaben

• Support Consultants and the Managing Consultant to improve recruitment speed and quality.
• Build and maintain candidate pools, folders and keep candidates warm.
• Conduct candidate searches using Seek Premium Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Complete elements of the Woods & Co 8-Step Recruitment Process.
• Ensure all activity is accurately recorded in Bullhorn.
• Provide weekly WIP updates and submit at least one top candidate per week.
