Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Technical Support Officer in the IT industry.
• Experience with hardware and software issues and building systems to specification.
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Systems Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and relationship building.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and well organised.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims in a timely manner.
• Handle returns in person or from customers or other stores.
• Test warranty parts to verify claims.
• Follow quality builds and testing processes.
• Meet customers' expectations clearly and promptly.
• Understand and apply quality control testing.
• Perform advanced technical duties per company procedures.
• Travel may be required from time to time.
• Support peers with technical matters.
• Aid and assist all Branch duties.
