Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Technical Support Officer in the IT industry.
• Experience with hardware and software issues and building systems to specification.
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Systems Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and relationship building.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and well organised.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• A minimum of 3-year experience as a Technical Support Officer within the ITindustry
• Experience with hardware and software issues and how to build systems tospecification
• Tertiary qualified in Computer Systems Engineering or equivalent
• Strong Customer Service skills -ability to build relationship with customers
• Sound Communication skills - written and verbal
