Job summary

Solenis is seeking a hands-on Technical Service Representative to support our growing customer base from Maryborough through to Rockhampton and surrounding communities. This field-based role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong customer relationships and working independently while delivering outstanding technical service.

You will install, maintain and service dispensing equipment and systems, while providing customers with training and technical support.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or technical support.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• Current driver's license and basic reporting system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and service dispensing equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance, servicing and repairs.
• Respond to breakdowns and provide technical support.
• Deliver customer training and maintain training records.
• Build relationships with store managers, operators and engineers.
• Complete service reports and documentation.
