Job summary

Diversey, a Solenis company, is seeking a hands-on Technical Service Representative to support customers from Maryborough to Rockhampton and surrounding communities. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, and servicing of dispensing equipment, along with training and technical support to ensure optimal product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service, equipment maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service delivery.
• Experience delivering training or coaching customers is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission dispensing and dosing equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance, servicing and repairs.
• Respond to customer breakdown calls and provide technical support; conduct customer training and ensure training records are completed.
• Build strong relationships with store managers, operators, engineers and other customer stakeholders.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Complete service reporting and documentation through company systems.
• Maintain safety documentation and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
