Job summary

Winable Recruitment is seeking a technically minded Technical Sales and Support professional to join our client’s team in Macquarie Park. This role blends technical knowledge with customer interaction to identify requirements and help deliver electronic solutions.

You will work with engineers, customers and suppliers to provide accurate advice and responsive service, supporting quotations and product information, and helping with order processing and ongoing customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales, applications engineering, customer support or electronics distribution.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and explain them clearly.
• Customer-focused approach with confidence engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical enquiries and assist with troubleshooting.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and product information.
• Liaise with engineers, suppliers and customers to solve technical issues.
• Support business development activities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist with order processing, product selection and ongoing customer service.
• Keep up to date with electronic components, products and emerging technologies.
