Job summary

DKSH is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist in Australia to drive revenue growth across our Australasia Bio-Strategy group. You will combine strong technical knowledge with commercial acumen to identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and build long-term partnerships with hospitals, biotech, and educational organisations.

You will work with Applications, Service, and Product teams to deliver value propositions, manage pricing discussions, and support tender responses while traveling

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in technical sales.
• Molecular diagnostics experience desirable.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Willingness to travel and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory or account sales plans.
• Identify, qualify, and grow new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Drive sales pipeline management from lead generation through to contract closure.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM discipline.
• Present products, perform technical demonstrations, and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with Service and Applications teams to ensure successful implementations.
