Zusammenfassung

Core Talent is recruiting for a commercially driven Technical Sales Representative in Western Australia. You will identify and secure new business opportunities across manufacturing, mining, fabrication and industrial sectors, while working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver tailored technical solutions.

You will interpret engineering drawings, discuss customer requirements, and progress opportunities from initial discussions to quotation, order and delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in technical sales, business development or senior account management.
• Background in manufacturing, fabrication, mining, engineering or industrial environments.
• Trade qualification in a relevant discipline (highly desirable), with basic CAD knowledge or exposure to design software also advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across manufacturing, mining, fabrication and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
• Take a consultative approach to sales, understanding customer challenges and developing customised technical solutions.
• Interpret technical drawings, understand customer specifications and contribute to initial design concepts, working alongside internal engineering and design teams.
• Work collaboratively with customers and internal design, engineering and production teams to progress opportunities from initial concept through to quotation, order and delivery.
• Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, customer meetings, quotations, commercial negotiations and securing new business, while growing existing accounts and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
