Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive ADM Animal Nutrition in the Mindoro territory. You will generate new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships by delivering technical support and commercial expertise to grow ADM Animal Nutrition's presence in the assigned market, while ensuring product availability and adherence to pricing policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related field.
• Experience in technical sales in animal nutrition, livestock, veterinary, or feed industries.
• Well-organized, self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Execute sales and marketing strategies as directed by management.
• Provide technical support to customers through scheduled visits and on-call assistance.
• Monitor sales performance of dealers, sub-dealers, and end users to achieve targets.
• Ensure ADM Animal Nutrition products are available and comply with MRP policy.
• Monitor product quality and merchandising; document feedback and report to supervisor.
• Identify and develop new retail outlets and POS; drive market share growth.
• Organize veterinary missions, seminars, store openings, sales caravans and other demand-generation activities.
• Attend meetings and training to stay current on industry trends and products.
• Prepare and submit reports accurately and on time.
• Carry out additional projects assigned by District/Regional Sales Manager.
• Comply with company policies and ethical standards.
