Job summary

Stareast International Pty Ltd in Padstow, NSW is seeking a motivated Refrigeration Sales Representative to grow our customer base and provide refrigeration and HVAC solutions. You will identify opportunities, respond to inquiries with product information and quotations, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver compelling proposals.

A current driver's licence is preferred for site visits; training and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in refrigeration, HVAC or technical sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide practical solutions.
• Good commercial awareness and confidence discussing pricing and options.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within refrigeration and HVAC markets.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information, quotations, and technical support.
• Recommend appropriate refrigeration products and solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, quotations, and orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments.
• Attend customer meetings and site visits as required.
