Job summary

Actrol, Australia’s largest wholesaler of refrigeration, air conditioning and allied parts, is seeking a refrigeration specialist to assist in sales, support and equipment selection. You will provide technical support, quotes and recommendations to customers and play a key role in customer service across Western Australia.

Responsibilities include meeting customers, delivering technical presentations, training branch teams and staying updated on supplier products and trends.

Qualifications

• Cert III Refrigeration Trade Qualification with at least two years’ post apprenticeship experience.
• Identify, nurture and grow new and existing customer relationships.
• Provide heat load calculations, equipment selections and quotations.
• You have a current drivers licence (fully maintained vehicle provided)
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, and passionate about great customer service.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a refrigeration specialist, to assist in the selection, sales and support of our Refrigeration and Air-conditioning equipment and accessories.

You’ll be providing technical support, advice on equipment selections, and quotations to our internal and external customers. With a focus on customer service you will be part of our sales team supporting customers across the state. Day to day can range from meeting with customers, providing technical presentations, training our branch teams, whilst keeping abreast of emerging trends and new products from our suppliers. The role may also require you to visit project sites to provide customers with field support.
