Job summary

Actrol, part of The Reece Group, seeks a refrigeration specialist or engineer with practical experience to support customers across South Australia. You will bring technical knowledge, make equipment selections and prepare quotations while collaborating with the sales team.

The role involves visits to project sites, delivering presentations, and training, with some travel and a current driver’s license required. A customer-first mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Cert III Refrigeration Trade Qualification with at least two years' post apprenticeship experience.
Ability to identify, nurture and grow new and existing customer relationships.
Confidence providing heat load calculations, equipment selections and quotations.
Have a current driver's license and comfortable with some travel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support, equipment selections and quotations for both internal and external customers.
Work closely with the sales team and deliver technical presentations and training.
Visit project sites when customers need hands-on field support.
Support customers across the state.
