Eaton in Sydney is seeking a Channel Presales Specialist to provide technical presales support for UPS, PDUs, software and services. You will work with channel partners and end users to design fit-for-purpose solutions, prepare quotations and manage opportunities in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3–5 years' experience in technical presales, sales engineering or related roles.
• Experience supporting channel partners, distributors, resellers and end users.
• Strong knowledge of UPS, power distribution, power management software and data centre infrastructure.
• Experience preparing quotations and managing opportunities through Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Excellent presentation and training delivery abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert technical presales support across Eaton's Power Quality product portfolio.
• Respond to customer and partner enquiries with timely technical advice and solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to identify and progress opportunities.
• Design technically and commercially viable solutions meeting customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations and manage opportunities in Salesforce.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast and activity records.
• Monitor enquiry volumes and quotation performance to support growth.
• Support distributor, reseller and wholesaler opportunities.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to internal sales teams and channel partners.
• Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, site assessments and demonstrations.
