Job summary

Evolution Mining is seeking a people-focused Technical Operations Supervisor to lead the safe and efficient operation of our core yard facility at Ernest Henry Operations. Reporting to the Geology Superintendent, you will oversee core sample management, contractor coordination, and day-to-day core yard activities while driving a strong safety culture and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a supervisory or team leadership position within mining or exploration.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a focus on safety and operational excellence.
• Experience coordinating contractors and stakeholders in a field setting.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting a team of Field Technicians and contract geology loggers.
• Overseeing the receipt, storage, tracking, and shipment of core samples.
• Managing core yard workflows, systems, and operational processes.
• Coordinating contractors and stakeholders to support drilling and geology programs.
• Maintaining equipment, manage inventory, and support budget requirements.
• Monitoring data integrity, reporting, and operational performance.
