Job summary

Evolution Mining is seeking a Core Yard Supervisor for Ernest Henry Operations to lead safe and efficient core yard activities. You will oversee core sample handling, coordinate contractors, and drive safety and operational excellence on a busy site.

Reporting to the Geology Superintendent, you will manage workflows, systems, and data integrity while supporting budget and equipment needs. A proactive leader with strong stakeholder engagement will thrive in this role at Ernest Henry.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within mining or exploration.
• Experience leading teams, managing contractors, and driving performance outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with operational systems, workflows, and reporting processes.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

About the Candidate

• Previous experience in a similar role ideally in a supervisory or team leadership position within mining or exploration
• Experience leading teams, managing contractors, and driving performance outcomes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
