Job summary

OSW Group, a fast‑growing global energy and technology company, is hiring a Solar Technical Support Engineer for after‑sales and AI‑assisted support. You’ll diagnose issues across residential solar PV, inverters, and battery storage, interpret SOC and grid data, and guide installers to resolution.

Ideal candidates have solar/OEM experience, multi‑brand support, and a passion for creating robust SOPs and training materials. CRM and RMA workflows familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in solar/OEM sectors and multi-brand support.
• Proven ability to author SOPs, knowledge bases or training material.
• Familiarity with CRM, ticketing and case management tools.
• Electrical/solar/engineering qualification or diploma.
• Interest in AI-assisted support and digital service platforms.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues across residential solar PV, inverters and battery storage.
• Read and interpret SOC, charging data and grid import/export data.
• Work through alarms, RS485, and remote monitoring platform issues.
• Handle firmware, configuration, operating modes and commissioning questions.
• Manage warranty troubleshooting and RMA cases to resolution with manufacturers.
• Create reusable SOPs and strengthen technical knowledge base.
• Train installers and support teams on best practices.
• Contribute to improving AI-assisted support quality over time.
