Job summary

Noumi Limited is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our Engineering team at our Sydney manufacturing site. You’ll coordinate maintenance planning, schedule preventative and corrective work, and ensure safe, reliable operations while balancing production, quality, and logistics.

You’ll work with Engineering, Trades and external providers, drive MEX CMMS data accuracy, manage spare parts, and identify process improvements for better uptime. FMCG experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience as Maintenance Planner or similar in manufacturing.
• Experience using MEX or similar CMMS.
• Experience with maintenance stores and spare parts management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating external contractors.
• Previous FMCG experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive maintenance planning across site.
• Schedule preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure safe, reliable operations while balancing production, quality, and logistics.
• Coordinate parts availability for planned maintenance.
• Work with Engineering and Trades to identify process improvements.
• Engage external contractors for specialist maintenance.
