Job summary

DP World in Port Botany, NSW is seeking a proactive Technical Learning Manager to join our People team. You will partner with leaders across Container Parks to build capability, identify gaps and translate operational knowledge into scalable training.

You will develop frontline training, work with SMEs to enhance content, and use training data to support continuous improvement, audit and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in learning, capability development or technical training with frontline operational environments
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to identify capability needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.
• Facilitation/training experience, with experience developing practical, workplace-based learning programs
• Experience coaching, developing or supporting workplace trainers and subject matter experts
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and use insights to drive continuous improvement
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business and wider Learning and Development team to shape and evolve technical capability across the Container Parks Business through practical, scalable learning solutions
• Identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning initiatives that support workforce performance and operational outcomes
• Develop and enhance frontline learning programs, collaborating with subject matter experts to embed operational knowledge and improve performance, safety and workforce readiness
• Build workplace trainer capability and undertake assurance activities to strengthen learning quality and delivery across sites
• Use data insights and feedback to measure effectiveness, drive continuous improvement and meet compliance requirements
