Job summary

Hutchison Ports Australia is looking for a proactive Learning and Development Coordinator to support capability and compliance for frontline staff. The role may be based in Brisbane or Sydney and covers Operations and Maintenance training across the business.

You will develop and maintain learning resources, manage training records, and ensure content reflects current practices. Collaboration with leaders and SMEs is essential to deliver compliant training plans and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in training administration, LMS support or learning coordination.
• Ability to maintain accurate training records and compliance data.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to manage priorities.
• Ability to work with frontline employees and corporate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve learning content, eLearning modules and onboarding programs.
• Collaborate with leaders, SMEs and trainers to ensure resources are current.
• Administer learning programs and training pathways across Operations and Maintenance.
• Monitor compliance training requirements and competency records.
• Prepare compliance reports and identify capability gaps.
