Job summary

Hutchison Ports Australia is seeking a proactive and highly organised Learning and Development Coordinator to support the capability and compliance requirements of our frontline workforce. The role can be based in Brisbane or Sydney and involves developing learning resources, overseeing eLearning modules, assessments and onboarding programs for Operations and Maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in training administration, LMS support or learning coordination.
• Maintain accurate training records and compliance data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning content, eLearning modules, assessments, learner guides, onboarding programs, learning pathways and SOP-based training resources.
• Collaborate with operational leaders, SMEs and trainers to ensure learning resources remain practical, accurate and current.
• Administer learning programs and training pathways across Operations and Maintenance functions.
• Incorporate feedback, changes and business requirements into learning content and training programs.
• Coordinate training activities through to completion and monitor attendance and progress.
• Monitor mandatory, regulatory and role-specific training requirements to manage compliance.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare compliance and workforce capability reports.
• Identify overdue training and escalation of barriers with corrective actions.
• Support onboarding, competency tracking or compliance-based training processes as needed.
