Job summary

DP World seeks a proactive Technical Learning Manager based in Port Botany, NSW, to partner with our Learning & Development team and build workforce capability through practical frontline learning solutions.

You will translate corporate learning frameworks into site-based training, align learning with safety and compliance requirements, develop content with SMEs and analyze training data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical training or capability development in frontline environments.
• Experience delivering hands-on, site-based training and facilitation.
• Strong understanding of licensing, safety and regulatory compliance with audit exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support frontline technical training delivery across Container Parks sites, including onboarding and workshops.
• Assess and uplift trainer capability, support train-the-trainer approaches.
• Partner with site leaders to identify training needs and perform capability gap analyses.
• Collaborate with SMEs and site trainers to develop and improve learning content.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure regulatory compliance.
