Job summary
DFP Recruitment is seeking a Technical Lead for a 15-month contract with hybrid NSW locations (Sydney CBD or Newcastle). The role focuses on advanced leadership in workforce modelling, forecasting and analytical systems within the Future State Modelling team.
The successful candidate will design, develop and sustain technical products and governance practices to maximise value from enterprise tools. ASAP start; daily rate of $602.55 plus super.
Qualifications
- Experience in workforce modelling within complex organisational environments.
- Forecasting, scenario modelling and assumption development.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into modellable approaches and robust analytical solutions.
- Strong analytical capability and systems thinking.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain workforce modelling, forecasting and analytical solutions that support workforce reform priorities.
- Translate complex workforce, policy and operational challenges into robust, scalable and maintainable technical products using standard enterprise tools and services.
- Apply advanced technical problem-solving and development skills to deliver sophisticated analytical outcomes.
- Establish and maintain technical standards, documentation, testing, quality assurance and governance practices.
- Provide technical leadership through mentoring and capability development within the team.
