The Technicial Lead provides advanced technical leadership in the design, development, assurance and continuous improvement of workforce modelling, forecasting and analytical systems within the Future State Modelling team.
They are responsible for designing and sustaining workforce modelling capability through the development of technical products, analytical frameworks, standards, governance practices and reusable solutions that can be maintained, enhanced and assured over time.
